Elizabeth Hernandez is a Latina filmmaker and photographer, born and raised in Queens, NY. She graduated from Pace University & received a B.A. in Film and Screen Studies & Photography, where she also studied cinematography and editing. While studying at Pace University, she created two original short films using a 16mm Bolex camera & a Canon Dslr. Liz focuses on Narrative, Fine Arts photography and aspires to be a director of photography for feature and short films.
She loves video games, cats, and has 1 named Tobita whom she loves very much and aspires to have more. She would love to be a foster mom for them as well. She also currently owns a 35mm camera with many rolls of film that are in desperate need of development and will be shown to you soon (i promise).
The one and only film that inspires her the most is Her by Spike Jonze; it's a must watch!
